highlight of the trip: horseback riding!

lake atitlan - the hotel we were staying has no vehicle access. boat transport, and walking are the only way to reach to the property.

the parrots of hotel “santo tomás” in chichicastenango. they freely roam the courtyard of the hotel, but here i caught them eating their lunch (bananas, melons, and strawberries)
