processing may take 1-2 business days. you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled, along with either a usps tracking number or a notification that your order is ready for pickup (only offered at our greenpoint store location).
for in-store pickup orders: your order will not be available for pickup until you receive a second confirmation email stating it is ready for pickup. the initial order confirmation does not indicate that your order is ready.
pickup deadline: orders designated for in-store pickup at our greenpoint location must be retrieved within 2 weeks of receiving confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. any orders not picked up by this date will be canceled.
