our IN-STORE gift card is shipped to the recipient via USPS priority.

please note:

• this gift card is valid at all brick-and-mortar locations; the bushwick, greenpoint, park slope, and manhattan locations.
• this gift card is not redeemable online.
• PLEASE NOTE: all gift cards are treated as cash and can not be refunded once issued, or replaced if lost or stolen.
• processing may take 1-2 business days. you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled, along with either a usps tracking number or a notification that your order is ready for pickup (only offered at our greenpoint store location).
• for in-store pickup orders: your order will not be available for pickup until you receive a second confirmation email stating it is ready for pickup. the initial order confirmation does not indicate that your order is ready.
• pickup deadline: orders designated for in-store pickup at our greenpoint location must be retrieved within 2 weeks of receiving confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. any orders not picked up by this date will be canceled.
