Describe your style to us.

My style is sleek with a bit of an edge. I love clean silhouettes mixed with something unexpected like a snake-print boot or a pop of animal print against neutral tones. It’s minimal, but it always has bite.

What inspires your style?

The city. New York is all about contrast: gritty and polished, industrial and elegant. I try to reflect that tension and energy in the way I dress.

What’s your shopping strategy at Beacon’s Closet?

I scan the racks for bold statement pieces that are still versatile. I’m drawn to unique textures and cuts to something that stands out but can be styled in different ways. I don’t shop too literally; I let each piece speak to me and show me how it fits into my world.

What was the inspiration behind this look?

I wanted to explore the balance between strength and sensuality. The cut-out top brings a softness and reveals some skin, while the tailored pants and bold belt add structure. The snake-print boots bring attitude. It’s a look that easily transitions from fashion week to a late-night street scene.

What or who is currently influencing your style?

People I see walking around downtown at night. There's something magnetic about the layers, the textures, and the effortless confidence that comes alive under city lights. That energy feels more inspiring than anything on the runway right now.

What meaning do clothes have for you?

Clothes are both my armor and my form of expression. They let me choose how I want to be seen: softer, edgier, louder, mysterious. It’s a way of communicating without saying a word.
How did you first get interested in fashion?

I’ve always been drawn to the idea of transformation and how clothes can shift your entire energy. I used to recreate magazine looks using whatever I had at home, and that sparked my love for experimenting with style.
Earliest fashion memory?

Wearing my mom’s gold jewelry with jeans as a kid. It was the first time I realized that mixing unexpected pieces could create something new and personal. That’s when I understood style had no rules.

What are you currently excited by in fashion?

I’m excited that personal style is finally taking the spotlight over chasing trends. It feels more about authenticity now, and that freedom is what makes fashion feel alive again.
